Now, host B can telnet to gateway and then telnet to host A host B can ping/traceroute to gateway's interface A or B But when host B traceroute host A, all appear is * * * * * * I am sure the routing table in all the 3 hosts are right and I have also tried to run routed in the FreeBSD gateway Have anyone experienced this before ? expect the /etc/sysconfig file what else should I config to turn on the ip-forwarding in the FreeBSD gateway. Pls mail to me. Thanks a lot. Kinson
