I believe you will have a hard time using them.

Specifically, all of the default configurations in the Intel
Multiprocessor Specification (v1.1) support only two processors.


I think that erich@uruk.org (you would have to subscribe to the
SMP list to get his actual address -- I think that one is right,
but won't guarantee it) has several 4 processor machines using
Intel manufactured motherboards.  The configurations of each are
non-default.

The 1.2 MP spec is supposed to handle 4 processor default
configurations.  Unfortunately, their PostScript doesn't
print on HP's PostScript cartridge, and my hardcapy has not
arrived in the mail yet.
