(si_intr: spurious from SBC) Date: 25 Aug 1996 17:12:15 GMT Organization: Älytön Wööppari Lines: 26 Distribution: inet Message-ID: <4vq1hf$q4e@nntp.hut.fi> NNTP-Posting-Host: engels.hut.fi Recently I have experienced a few hung systems and this is what I see in messages: Aug 18 18:52:22 pilvi pppd[1343]: pppd 2.3.0 started by root, uid 100 Aug 18 18:52:22 pilvi pppd[1343]: Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/ttyb Aug 18 18:52:28 pilvi pppd[1343]: local IP address 130.233.251.45 Aug 18 18:52:28 pilvi pppd[1343]: remote IP address 193.167.6.2 Aug 18 19:30:37 pilvi /netbsd: 2 not claimed Aug 18 19:30:38 pilvi /netbsd: si_intr: spurious from SBC Aug 18 19:30:38 pilvi /netbsd: isr_autovec: ipl 2 not claimed Aug 18 19:30:38 pilvi /netbsd: si_intr: spurious from SBC Aug 18 19:30:38 pilvi /netbsd: isr_autovec: ipl 2 not claimed Aug 18 19:30:38 pilvi /netbsd: si_intr: spurious from SBC etc... This seems to coincide with a lot of simultaneous PPP and disk activity... for example when loading a graphics-intensive page with Chimera, which writes temp files into /var/tmp. Any idea of what's going on, or a way to debug? I am using a NetBSD_1.2BETA system on sun3. Jari Kokko
