Now I've decided I'd like to make that first slice available for FreeBSD, but find that FreeBSD insists on booting from the first FreeBSD slice on the disk -- and my bootable slice is the second. This turns out to be documented on the boot manpage. Is there any workaround beside backing up, repartitioning, and restoring my disk? -josh josh@american.com Josh Littlefield American Internet Corp.
