I'm under the impression that *transparent* means stuffing DLLs underneath
socks unaware clients - not the transparent I know.

I'm also under the impression that I'm saying the same thing in two
different threads in this group :(

Now if transparent meant reading the bpf device (finding packets
destined for "outside"), setting up the proxy, and getting it to
use a tun device to write packets on the local interface with
the "outside" source address, why doesn't any of the socks5 documentation
seem to mention it......
