Hi everybody!
I have some questions. I'd like to install to NetBSD to microVAX 3900.
Have it - 3900 processor.
- 32M RAM
- DUA0 (RA81 disk, I'd like to install UNIX system disk)
- MUA0 (TK70 tape)
- DUB0 (VAX/VMS 6.2 system disk)
I did do a follow
- download tk50-file1-beta12
tk50-file2-beta12 files.
- boot VMS from DUB0.
- sh dev dua0: /full (cyl,sec, etc...)
- init/erase mua0: ""
- mount/for/block=512 mua0:
- copy *file1* mua0:
- init/erase mua0: ""
- mount/for/block=512 mua0:
- copy *file2* mua0:
- boot mua0:/3 mua0:
- Nboot:edlabel
- I make a partion 40000 blocks (40000,0)
b partion 64000 blocks (64000 4oooo)
g partion 200000 blocks (200000 150000)
- reboot
- Nboot:copy
rewind manual MUA0:
insert secondary tape
read ... write 4096 block....
When I made with edlabel the partions on ra(0,0,1) and I copied mt(0,0,1)
to ra(0,0,1) then next boot: Nboot:ra(0,0,1)gennetbsd then I get a follow
error message : unknow error 21.
Henceforth I made with edlabel the partions on ra(0,1) and I copied mt(0,1)
to ra(0,1) then next boot: Nboot:ra(0,1)gennetbsd then I get a follow error
message: no such file or directory. When I wrote ra(0,1)netbsd begun to boot
but some time broken the boot procedure and the prompt was dbg>.
I opened my arms! What was mistake? What did I do badly?
Help me, please!
