I also read in this thread that once one was registered, that the information that was actually available behind the login consisted of information one could get from the box. BTW my pet peeve is hardware manufacturers not releasing information about their products. So it's nothing personal against Matrox. I have the same disdain for Visoneer in particular because I'd really like to be able to user their portable scanner products.... All I've heard so far is one disappointing report.
