The mtools package isn't bundled with FreeBSD, but the "mount_msdos" utility _is_. Advice for FreeBSD newbies: 1. Make damn well sure you install the man pages (if your disk is too small for that then get a bigger one) 2. become "root" 3. type "makewhatis" 4. type "man -k foo" or "apropos foo", where "foo" is any keyword 5. look at the first word of every line that contains a "-" in column 26, pick one (say, "bar") and type "man bar" 6. you will at this point be in a position to learn a _lot_ about FreeBSD (after all, is life not a learning experience?) _____ Larry
