I have FreeBSD 2.1.5-R, and I've just hung a SyQuest 135mb removable drivve on my system, which already has two IDE drives. I recently added a SIIG Fast-SCSI-II ISA adapter, model i540 to my system. This product doesn't claim adaptec compatibility, even though the scum have made their model number APPEAR like an adaptec model number. This card comes with drivers for DOS, Windoze, and, interestingly, SCO, Interactive, and Linux unix. The drivers for Linux are supposed to be compatible with 1.2.x or 1.3.x Linux. Anyone gotten this card to work with FreeBSD? I'd be interested in hearing about it if you did! Thanks!
