When ifconfig is used to allocate multiple IP's to the same machine, bind will not restart if there are more than 64 IP's allocated. Hence to restart bind, the machine must be restarted. IF this is a problem, has anyone managed to get a newer bind installed on FreeBSD (I know someone must have), and if so can they give me any hints as to what extra configurations need changing in the source. Cheers, Neil
