Results from the same benchmark for a 167 MHz UltraSparc running 
Solaris 2.5 are/were listed there as well, though it didn't say how
much RAM that machine had.

What about them?  Atif Ahmad Khan's question was about efficiency
benchmarks.  If you wanted to contribute to helping him answer
his question, then you might suggest some specific benchmarks that you
think are useful, or provide pointers to results of applying those
benchmarks.
