Sal ready to print (PostScript) sections from the net-2 release system maintainer manual are available by anon ftp on gatekeeper.dec.com in /.0/BSD/manuals and on nova.cc.purdue.edu (128.210.7.22) in /pub/386bsd/submissions/bsd.manuals. smm.11.named.ps.Z describes the files you create to set up the name server. There are examples of the files you need to create for a given type of name server --- primary, secondary, or caching. Rich
