Hi,

Is there a way of limiting the effect a user can have on a machine, by
number of processes possible, or by automatically niceing all his
processes.

I do not want to 'quota' CPU usage/period, as that would render them
service outages. I would just like to execise a bit of damage limitation
from rogue processes.

Cheers,
