No it doesn't.  HP ships with DCE threads, which are relatively
ancient and crufty.  Solaris 2.5 and 2.5.1, Digital UNIX 4.0, and Irix
6.2 (with appropriate patch) are the only systems that currently ship
with standard POSIX threads on board.
