Samba and FreeBSD have saved my bacon this past month. I have 50gig of data online, and OS/2 Lan server just can't handle all the physical drives (I had 9 that were 4 gig or more), and then network them all out to 500+ users. Drive letters C: through K: were physical, and I networked out L: through Z:, and still couldn't do it all. With FreeBSD and Samba, I can plug drives and systems into 1 huge file system structure without limits, and then export it all on one drive letter to WinXX and OS/2 clients, as well as export it all to our Sun networks. It is so stable, and like the Energizer bunny, it keeps going and going and going.... What a Great OS! Tyler Barnett Lexmark International
