I'm hoping that you won't have to wait all that long.  I guess I'm a
bit more optimistic about the number of interested people, though.
I'm hoping that if the cost is low enough, we'll have *lots* of
interested people.

Take part in my CD-ROM survey (posted separately today), so we know
what the real situation is!
