I am able to dial my connection and get ppp ON mode but there is no router info it just sits there. Since I am completely new to this I will humble myself and say I am not sure what it is supposed to be doing at this point. If some one would be kind enough to point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I have configured my ppp.conf,rc.local,host.conf,hosts,modem,ppplinkup resolv.conf, and sysconfig the way the man pages and/or friends have done but still no success using pap no chap If my provider has 3 port masters @ 206.158.4.128/129/130 then what should I use as gateway?...206.158.4.0?
