Using Windows 95, all are ok (except that I put the 1515 on irq 12 due to irqu conflict with my gfx card). But under FreeBSD I can't use the disk. The controler are recognised, the disk too but any access to /dev/sd0 hange the command (and sometime all disk access forcing my to boot without shutdown. here some info: >dmesg FreeBSD 2.1.5-RELEASE #0: Thu Sep 12 18:58:01 MET DST 1996 un@tsointsoin.studio.grolier.fr:/opt/src/sys/compile/TsoinTsoin CPU: 100-MHz Pentium 815\\100 (Pentium-class CPU) Origin = "GenuineIntel" Id = 0x526 Stepping=6 Features=0x1bf<FPU,VME,DE,PSE,TSC,MSR,MCE,CX8> real memory = 33554432 (32768K bytes) Physical memory hole(s): avail memory = 29990912 (29288K bytes) Probing for devices on PCI bus 0: chip0 <Intel 82437 PCI cache memory controller> rev 2 on pci0:0 chip1 <Intel 82371 PCI-ISA bridge> rev 2 on pci0:7:0 chip2 <Intel 82371 Bus-master IDE controller> rev 2 on pci0:7:1 vga0 <VGA-compatible display device> rev 83 int a irq 11 on pci0:16 Probing for devices on the ISA bus: sc0 at 0x60-0x6f irq 1 on motherboard sc0: VGA color <16 virtual consoles, flags=0x0> sio0 at 0x3f8-0x3ff irq 4 on isa sio0: type 16550A pca0 on motherboard pca0: PC speaker audio driver qcam0 not found at 0x3bc gp0 not found at 0x2c0 gsc0 not found at 0x270 cy0 not found dgb0 not found at 0x220 labpc0 not found at 0x260 rc0 not found at 0x220 tw0 not found at 0x380 si0 not found asc0.probe: failed, got 0xff instead of 0xa5 asc0 not found at 0x3eb stl0 not found at 0x2a0 stli0 not found at 0x2a0 bt0 not found at 0x330 aha0 not found at 0x330 uha0 not found at 0x330 aic0 at 0x340-0x35f irq 11 on isa (aic0:4:0): "FUJITSU M2934S-512 0103" type 0 fixed SCSI 2 sd0(aic0:4:0): Direct-Access 4153MB (8506782 512 byte sectors) sd0(aic0:4:0): with 3421 cyls, 18 heads, and an average 138 sectors/track nca0 not found at 0x1f88 nca4 not probed due to I/O address conflict with aic0 at 0x350 sea0 not found wds0 not probed due to I/O address conflict with aic0 at 0x350 wdc0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7 irq 14 on isa wdc0: unit 0 (wd0): <QUANTUM FIREBALL1080A> wd0: 1039MB (2128896 sectors), 2112 cyls, 16 heads, 63 S/T, 512 B/S wdc1 at 0x170-0x177 irq 15 on isa wdc1: unit 0 (atapi): <NEC CD-ROM DRIVE:282/3.04>, removable, dma, iordy wcd0: 1376Kb/sec, 128Kb cache, audio play, 256 volume levels, ejectable tray wcd0: medium type unknown, unlocked fdc0 at 0x3f0-0x3f7 irq 6 drq 2 on isa fdc0: NEC 72065B fd0: 1.44MB 3.5in wt0 not found at 0x300 1 3C5x9 board(s) on ISA found at 0x300 ep0 at 0x300-0x30f irq 10 on isa ep0: utp[*UTP*] address 00:c0:4f:d5:10:76 npx0 on motherboard npx0: INT 16 interface nca1 not found at 0x1f84 nca2 not found at 0x1f8c nca3 not found at 0x1e88 pas0 not found at 0x388 sb0 at 0x220 irq 7 drq 1 on isa sb0: <SoundBlaster 16 4.13> sbxvi0 at 0x0 drq 5 on isa sbxvo0: <SoundBlaster 16 4.13> sbmidi0 not found at 0x330 ctx0 not found at 0x230 spigot0 not found at 0xad6 apm0 not probed due to I/O address conflict with sbxvi0 at 0x0 joy0 at 0x201 on isa joy0: joystick sctarg0(noadapter::): Processor Target ccd0-3: Concatenated disk drivers WARNING: / was not properly dismounted. >sysinstall sd0(aic0:4:0): timed out sd0(aic0:4:0): timed out sd0(aic0:4:0): timed out etc. Any idea ?
