My Apache server hasw been recompiled only to the extent of allowing dbm
database files and Netscape cookies; the rest is the stock layout. It
has no problem with clients having no DNS entries -- the log file simply
records the IP address. I don't find it any less informative than an
entry of PPP96.whosiwhitchall.org in my logs. And I certainly see no
reason to deny anyone access to my site just because they're happy
dealing in numbers, without paying InterNIC for domain registration.
