Nope, you don't see pci stuff in the "visual" -c mode. The 2940 expects the irq to be assigned to it by the PCI bios. You should be able to configure this in your bios setup - but if you're *really* lucky (like me, and have a Dell), there's *no* way to control the IRQs that get allocated.
