You should have. If your ISP gives you the same address all the time,
then they can call you chris.wolfe.brownes.org ( or whatever ). If they
give you a diffrenet one then they can call the IP dialupXXX.whatever.com.

They don't need to change it every time - if its a generic IP it deserves
a generic address. If its your IP it deservers your name.
