Query:  What happens if you ask for 63 sector mapping and no truncation.
In the partition editor, say "(A)ll" and choose the "Dangerously
dedicated" option (e.g. choose not to cooperate with other OSes).  This
will utterly ignore the geometry and simply blast raw all over the disk
(nuking any other operating systems you might have installed, I might
add - I'm assuming that a 386/20 would not be called upon to do more
than one job, however :-).
