If you want full network access Interlnk (or similiar ilk) will probably 
be insufficient.  You can get external adaptor which will attach to your 
parallel port.  
For a real cheap solution for a simple peer-to-peer, you might 
want to try true PP port OS called Lantastic Z (by Artisoft) 
I believe it emulates ethernet, and an old version may
still floating around on the net somewhere.
