I have examined the files you (less explicitly) reference:

The drivers are distributed as object module. Because BSDI is
seriously behind in their driver/kernel interface technology,
and the BSD4.4-Lite/BSD4.4-Lite2 driver/kernel interface is
not very explict, you can not reasonably expect these drivers
to work under any of the freely available BSD's. Sorry.
