   broken for the standard 386bsd installation, and I can't work out how to
   fix them (they use ditroff, dtbl etc which are not present, and have flags
   which troff, tbl etc don't understand).

(/usr/othersrc/share/doc/smm/*) are available by anon ftp from
gatekeeper.dec.com in the directory /.0/BSD/manuals.  Rich
