Yep, I have XFree loaded.
Is ytalk not an X program? Well it must be if it's looking for X libs, so
what's the point of trying to run it if you don't have X loaded?

I could put up the lib for ftp but I don't think I'd really be helping you
any, as then ytalk would probably just complain about some other X lib
missing.
If you want to run ytalk the solution is to install X.
