Sure, no argument there at all.  Just also bear in mind that for *any*
value of "user friendly", that assertion will always be true. :-)

Absolutely.  However, bear also in mind that this is some of the most
thankless work of all and we're entirely volunteer driven around here. 
If nobody volunteers to do the work of "improving the packaging" then it
just doesn't happen.  Do you know that "Smokey the Bear" commercial
where he turns to you and says in his gruff, stern-but-friendly voice: 
"Only YOU can prevent forest fires!"

Well, "Only YOU can make FreeBSD more attractive to newcomers!" :-)
