Every now and then, I seem to blow out some kernel buffer pool. One sure way to do this is to display Java animations in my Netscape browser. Suddenly, I drop off the net -- DNS lookups fail with "out of buffer space" error messages. Can anyone shed some light on this, and how to avoid it? -Olin
