XFree86 3.2 is scheduled for end of October, 1996.  (Well, finally. :)
However, since the XFree86 folks usually only compile on released
systems, and 2.1.5 still is at libc.so.2.2, i doubt this will help
you...  Maybe we should put an `unofficial' distribution for some
2.2-current system somewhere on freebsd.org.  I'll speak to Rich
Murphy about this.
