Me too...   Aside from the AWE32PNP-clobbers-psm problem
which I resolved by cmos diddling, I have several p6-200
systems where the PSM dies, and nothing but a server restart
brings it back.  This always seems to happen while xlock
is running.

The keyboard stays active in this case...
