There is 'sendpage' on ftp.bsdi.com, or for the non-BSDI specific source
and newer versions, ftp.net.ohio-state.edu in /pub/pagers

I've been using it for a year on BSDI and it's been very stable. There
are some BSDI specific changes that needed to be made. Email me if they
aren't with the source.

Hylafax (comes with BSDI 2.1) has some paging capabilities but I found it
a bit clumsy and not as flexible as sendpage.
