I'm trying to get xntpd setup on my system so I can have it running as
a server that clients with a sntp program can establish a connection
with and sync the times together. I want to make a public one, not
one that requires authentication, or that is limited to the current
subnets broadcast address. Any ideas?

Thanx muchly.
