I > really want to get the cd to install. > Thanks! > Chris I agree completely, ive resetup mine so that the cd is slave on primary controller, and during boot it says it found the correct cdrom on wd0 and it also says that it is 500k/s 512 cache 120mm music cd! and its the freebsd 2.1.5 cd in the drive, when it gets down to wcd0c, it says timeout getting status, am i without hope? It is a nec cdrom walnut creek version of 2.1.5 any suggestions, i can give more details if needed, I am getting very frustrated!! any help much appreciated.
