The motherboard is the same as my other one. The BIOS is the same as my other one. The CPU is a 386sx/25 instead of a 386dx/40. But the real question: is this failing because there is inadequate RAM in the system? This one has 1Mb, the other has 4Mb. I'm not kidding myself about running this system on a 1Mb machine (more memory is on the way) but I am wondering if that should have an effect on ability to boot and get the installation underway...
