How were tey hooked into your ] system? Master on secondary HD controller or slave on Primary? I ] really want to get the cd to install. For releases before the 2.2 SNAP's (which have a lot of fixes for ATAPI drives), you should make sure that the CDROM is on the slave port or on a second controller to have the best chance of working. Failing that, you should probably use the 2.2-SNAP. Regards, Terry Lambert terry@lambert.org --- Any opinions in this posting are my own and not those of my present or previous employers.
