It has to include 'java_30' at the end. CLASSPATH=/usr/local/lib/netscape/java_30 -r--r--r-- 1 root wheel 723652 Aug 28 14:15 /usr/local/lib/netscape/java_30 Other changes: nothing which affect Netscape's Navigator (hope so :-) ) Javascript works fine! JAVA applets not. None Java applet produces any message (no errors also). Is there a debug-mode or something else in Netscape's Navigator 3.0?? Netscape does something when an applet will be loaded, but it displays only the html code. What's going wrong on my system? Nobody knows :-( ....and I don't want to spend much time to solve this prob.
