This almost exactly mirrors our experience with them. We got one, which was fine for a month and then started to be behave oddly and by the end of the week it was dead. We exchanged it for another one, big mistake. It's been causing problems with our news server, partially because, as we discovered, that even if you set it to terminate, it doesn't terminate properly. We just a "Connor" Barracuda 4.0GB, since Seagate 4.0GB Barracudas are nowhere to be found. Supposedly it is Connor parts and Seagate electronics. We'll see how it does. -- Sonja Jo Krenz-Bush ServNet/Abstract Software sjkb@abstractsoft.com http://www.serv.net/~begonia ``Just another one of the flock following the herd.''
