Hi out there,
I am desperately trying to make an IBM Auto 16/4 ISA Token Ring
adapter work under BSD Internet Server 2.1.
The Adapter itself is fine (works under Linux and others), but BSD
recognizes a Xircom pocket ethernet adapter instead (pe0/xir0). Of
course its not able to start that Xircom at boot time - because there
is no Xircom but an IBM TR!
What's going wrong? Maybe wrong adapter type? (The man pages are
talking of dip switches wich aren't there...) But which IBM adapter
*is* supported then?
Any hints are very much appreciated !!!
thanx & cheers
Ekkehard
