Well, the quality of the drives may be mixed: we got about 10%
returns, which is almost as high as Seagate. 

They still didn't get near as far as Western Digital (for which we
have near 100% return, with only one drive still working after 4
years) and Kalok (100% return, unbeatable !)

The one fine thing about these HP drives was HP support: we really got
exchanges between 5 hours and 1 day after failure, no questions asked,
freigh paid by HP. They must have gathered such a support cost them
much too dearly to keep it up to their quality exigences.
