When you say 'PPP' I assume you mean user PPP (iijppp)? If so, check
your /etc/ppp/ppp.linkup file. The sample version shows what you need as
well:

delete ALL
add 0 0 HISADDR

If you already have this, we'll need to know what you have in your
various /etc/ppp/ppp.* files (except for .secret -- we don't need your
passwords).
