I broke my system! I booted the machine up with the install CD and have maged to get a valid partiton table written, and the root partition which gets mounted when the boot fails is OK. But it's mountred as read only so if I run /de/MAKEDEV with the correct options, t can't do it's job and complains about a read on filesystem. How can I get write permisssion to fix this ? Help. I *Realy* don't want to reinstall for the 3rd or 4th time. -- Stan Brown stanb@netcom.com 404-996-6955 Factory Automation Systems Atlanta Ga. -- Look, look, see Windows 95. Buy, lemmings, buy!
