For FreeBSD 2.1R, stick the entries into /etc/rc.local manually.

For FreeBSD 2.1.5R, any scripts ending in .sh that are found in
/usr/local/etc/rc.d, or in /usr/X11R6/etc/rc.d are being run
automatically (with an argument "start" given to them).
