After that I try to install etc01 and src01 to my system, but after I try it twice, I failed. The problems is that in etc01, when I extract the file at first it seems fine but until etc01.78 or etc01.79 the error message come out. The message is something like "cat:too many open file". This message continue appear from etc01.78 to etc01.96 and the extract failed. The same situation happened when I try to extract src01. Did it means the etc & src set I got have some problem? Or the procedure I extract these two file set is wrong? I got the 386BSD from wuarchive.wustl.edu. And the bin01 extracted fine. Any one know what the solution is? Please help me to solve it.Thanks in advance. Chen-Yuan wu My e-mail address is slc4x@cc.usu.edu slc4x@mua.usu.edu
