I've had this on a few machines too ( running 2.1.5-STABLE ),
as recently as a week agao. I sent in a problem report about it.
It seems to occur shortly ( a few days ) after the machine has
rebooted, or not at all ( machines stay up for weeks, and then
die 3 times in a week and are then fine ).
