OK, I'm getting ready to ready to set up a new bigger drive for my
386BSD system. Since I have a writable incoming directory on an
ftp site, it is basically suicidal to use a single partition, esp. when
the disk is nearly full. So this time I want to use "real" partitioning,
as mentioned in the FAQ.

Now Chris D's instructions are what I am attempting to follow, but
unfortunately he assumes a level of expertise that I have not achieved
yet. I may very well make my way through his list, but I recall that
some kind soul had posted a neat-o "fdisk" utility to make my job
easier. If anyone has that file, i would very much appreciate getting
a copy of it since I have lost, destroyed or misplaced mine in some
fashion.
