Lines: 11 Message-ID: <54k0hd$2m20@news.gate.net> NNTP-Posting-Host: tpafl2-6.gate.net X-Newsreader: Forte Free Agent 1.0.82 I have sucessfully installed FreeBSD 2.1.5, but am having a problem getting XFree86 running. I have all the info requested when I configure it through /stand/sysinstall, follow "Installing and Running FreeBSD"'s instructions, and rebuild the kernel to support my PS/2 mouse. When I change my /etc/ttys file and try XFree86 out, my mouse works, but I am presented with what appears to be the enlarged upper left-hand quarter of the login screen. At this screen, Iam unable to login, even as root. Any help or insight is appreciated. Thanks.
