I have found that it decreases system > performance, but i have no idea how to fix it. > > Thanks for you thoughts > The only thing that i can suggest is that you try to get Windows 95 to find your CD-Rom without using a device driver because the driver you are using is a 16 bit driver and is forcing Windows to use 16 bit mode to read that drive. If that doesn't work try an updated driver for the cdrom
