HELP!!!!!
I am trying to connect to my ISP (who is running BSD 2.1) with Windows NT 4.0.
I have a dedicated IP address and was connecting fine for about a week. At
that time I could not access the news server at my ISP (my IP didn't have
rights to the news server) anyways after that was connected when I log in it
goes through the password process, then it disconnects while or just after it
tries to register my computer on the network. If my ISP makes my account a
non-dedicated IP I connect fine from NT and with the dedicated IP I can
connect from my windows95 computer without problem.

Does anybody have any ideas on how what the problem might be and how to
resolve it.

Thanks

P.S. According to my ISP my modem is requesting a disconnect from his server
right after connection...
