You might call them and ask if their 1800 access numbers are good overseas. Also, you might just want to balance the cost of a 2 minute international phone call against the hassle of getting your provider to allow incoming POP3 as well as finding a local non-international dialup access number, espically if you are travelling on business where your phone calls are going to be expensed anyway. I would imagine most people in this situation simply bite the bullet and pay for the international phone call.
