Do a custom install and select the distributions from the custom set. 

Menus: Custom->Distributions->Custom->(whatever you want). 

Now back up to the Custom Installation Options menu and choose Extract. 

BE SURE to do the EXTRACT not COMMIT, COMMIT will repartition your drive.
